Join former Olympian, certified therapist, and movement guide from The Well, Tamsen Simon (They/them), for a mid-day reset for your mind and body.
Tamsen blends their experience and expertise from neurobiology, pilates, and breath to take you through a quick and accessible stretching routine to help you reset your posture and break up the work day with 30 minutes of mindfulness.
Each week you'll learn new techniques that you can use while seated at your desk or against a wall to help you combat the aches and pains that may result from long periods of sitting.
Come as you are.
No need to change.
No prior exercise experience is required.
